By participating in The Revamp Social’s free 7-day social media management trial (hereinafter referred to as “Trial”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

1. The Trial is available only to new clients of The Revamp Social who meet the criteria for alignment with our services.

2. The Trial offer is limited to one per business and cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts.
 

Scope of Services
1. The Trial includes the following:
• Social media management for one platform of your choice.
• Creation of up to 5 high-quality, branded posts (graphics and captions).
• Creation of up to 2 stories (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn - We unfortunately no longer are able to provide management services for TikTok due to the upcoming ban of the app in January 2025).

• Scheduling and posting on your behalf.
• Basic audience engagement (e.g., responding to comments and messages as outlined).
• A brief analytics report at the conclusion of the Trial.

2. Any additional services outside the scope of the Trial (e.g., ad management, additional platforms, or extensive engagement) may incur fees.

Limitations
1. The Revamp Social reserves the right to determine the suitability of the Trial for your business.

2. The Trial does not guarantee specific results such as increased engagement, sales, or followers.

Client Responsibilities
1. The client agrees to provide timely access to social media accounts, brand assets, and any other relevant materials necessary to complete the Trial.
2. The client must approve posts for scheduling in a timely manner to avoid delays.
3. The client agrees to communicate professionally and respectfully throughout the Trial period.

Termination
1. The Revamp Social reserves the right to terminate the Trial at any time if:
• The client fails to provide necessary materials or approvals.
• The client behaves in a manner deemed unprofessional or disrespectful.
• Misalignment between the client’s goals and The Revamp Social’s services is identified.

2. Termination of the Trial does not obligate The Revamp Social to provide a refund or continue services.

Optional Paid Services Post-Trial
1. At the conclusion of the Trial, the client will have the option to continue services at standard or discounted rates (if applicable).
2. Any paid services must be agreed upon in a separate contract and are not part of the Trial terms.

Liability and Disclaimer
1. The Revamp Social will not be held liable for any damages, losses, or other issues arising from the Trial services.
2. The client acknowledges that the Trial services are provided “as-is” without guarantees or warranties of any kind.

Confidentiality
1. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the Trial.
2. The Revamp Social may use general insights or anonymized data for internal training or promotional purposes, unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Kentucky law.

Acceptance of Terms
By participating in the Trial, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
